Add your favorite noodles, 5-10 shrimp, a scoop of scallops, and a couple of pieces of salmon and/or fresh fish, a dash of garlic, scallions, jalapenos, sweet onions and roasted green, red, yellow peppers for aesthetic color (or raw peppers for a crunch) lastly, a couple water chestnuts for that extra crunch.
Mix a sweet flavor like fruit sauce or honey garlic with a spicier one like szechuan or red curry (do not drench the food as the noodles will not turn crispy and you will just make a burnt mess for the chefs/the next person that uses the grill)
